Know what changed in your field. Skip what you already know.
Sincely's agents read the sources you choose on a schedule, drop what you've already seen, and send you a short brief in which every claim links to the sentence it came from.

An agent for each angle you care about, working on its own schedule
Each agent owns one job, such as new filings, recalls, tax due dates or tenders. Together they cover your field without repeating each other.
Describe your work
Pick an agent pack for your industry, or describe your business in your own words. Sincely fills in your products, clients, competitors and regulators, and you check them.
Agents read your sources
Regulator feeds, official databases, court dockets, trade press and the newsletters you forward. Each agent runs daily, weekly or every hour, as you set it.
Only what's new gets through
Sincely remembers every event it has told you about. Repeats are dropped, follow-ups say what changed, and each claim is checked against its source before it's written.
A brief you can read in minutes
In your inbox and the app, sized to the minutes you have, with case numbers, docket IDs, due dates and amounts pulled out where you can see them.
Five kinds of output, each for a different question

Or a plain “nothing new”Start with agents built for your industry
A pack installs a set of agents with your industry's sources, the details worth pulling out of each story, and the labels professionals use, such as draft versus final guidance or a recommendation versus notified law.
Legal
Law firmsNew filings, rulings, settlements, appeals and enforcement, with practice-area alerts.

Also: Healthcare, Government and policy, Professional services, Real estate, Manufacturing and a General pack. Firms can build their own pack and share it across workspaces.
One set of facts, an edition for each reader
Shared agents research once for the whole firm. Each person gets the same facts, ranked and explained for their own role.
Roles, not just permissions
Describe what each role is responsible for. Quality sees warning letters first; the executive sees competitor approvals first.
Private where it should be
Your own context and private agents are visible only to you, and are never added to anything shared. Each workspace is kept separate from every other.
A weekly rollup for everyone
One combined story per event across all your agents, with what each angle adds, plus trends and topics for the team meeting.
FDA cited Halvorsen Infusion under 21 CFR 820.198 for failing to evaluate complaints of pumps delivering more fluid than programmed.
Built so you can check every line
A brief is only useful if you can rely on it, so Sincely shows its sources and is plain about what it doesn't know.
Claim-level citations
Each sentence carries a citation to the original publication. Claims that the sources don't support are dropped before anything is sent.
Labels you can act on
Filed or ruled, draft or final, proposed or adopted, reported or confirmed. Pack labels follow how your profession talks.
Honest when nothing changed
If there's nothing new, the brief says so. If a source was unreachable or behind a paywall, the brief says that too.
Corrections reach readers
When a story is corrected, the people who received it are told what changed.

Common questions
Where do agents get their information?
From the sources in your pack and any you add: regulator and court feeds, official databases such as openFDA and the Federal Register, trade press, websites, and newsletters you forward to your workspace's inbox address. Each brief lists every source it used.
How is this different from a news alert or a chatbot?
Alerts send every match and chatbots start fresh each time. Sincely remembers what it has already told you, follows each story over time, and writes only what's new, with a citation for each claim.
Can it get things wrong?
Yes, any AI can. That's why each claim is checked against its source before it's written, unsupported claims are dropped, and every sentence links to the passage it came from so you can check it in a click.
Can I describe my business instead of filling in forms?
Yes. Write a few sentences about what you do, who your clients and competitors are and who regulates you. Sincely fills in the details and suggests a pack, and keeps only what you actually said.
Can we host it ourselves?
Yes. Sincely runs with Docker on a Linux server or a Windows machine, with free HTTPS for a public address, and works with your own AI key.
Who can see our briefs?
Only people in your workspace. Private agents and personal context are visible only to their owner. Platform operators see usage and limits, never content.
